I used to have a computer with PSP 9 on it, but now that I have Windows 10 I'm stuck with learning GIMP (Gnu Image Manipulation Program). It's not very user friendly, so I'm limping along with YouTube tutorials because the original software tutorial and plugin archive has been destroyed from lack of funding.

Do you use GIMP or know anyone else in the community who does?

I'd like to sign up for your next round. Wish I had time to do this one, but I don't think I do, what with the newbie-to-graphics-program thing.
