I think Making icons of our favorite couple would have been a great theme for Valentine's Day, but I can always make myself alts with two characters.

I don't know which character is my favourite. lol Considering that I'm obsessed with Timeless at the moment, I might end up with Garcia Flynn and/or Lucy Preston again. Is it allowed to make icons on the same Fandom/Characters two Rounds in a row? I can't remember if that rule was for this community or for one at LiveJournal.
