You're allowed to vote for the top 3 in your own set, too, sweetie. Everyone else did! It's sort of our alternative version of "artist's choice," I guess.

As far as posting polls for voting, I thought of that, too; but since neither she nor I are the actual owner or even moderators for this community, we might not even have the power to post polls to the community. I'm not sure how that works in Dreamwidth. It might be according to how the community owner set permissions in the community from the start, but I know there are other things we can't do that would really help us, such as screening comments during voting.

I just tried: you can post polls if you have a paid account, which abyss_valkyrie does. Regardless of whether the community is paid or not.

Everyone else is female, afaik, so it is a fair assumption to make. :)

But hey,I actually did the voting this way since wickedgame was doing it and I thought everyone was used to it...I seriously don't know why I didn't just post it as polls,would have been easier!But I've started using your script for the weighted votes on these(using the votes for each set),so for this round I think I can manage!:D Of course if you can make a script for this kind of voting...go forth my magician friend!!

I personally - as a user of the comm - like filling out polls more.

That said, I will gladly write you a script if you are going to use it... so I guess you have to decide which way you want to do it in the future.
